| I have been searching for a coin
counter/wrapper for the past month. I have called several companies that
provide coin counters, etc., that would fit my business and budget.
I had just about concluded that I was going to have to buy something
used and no telling how reliable....As a final attempt to buy a counter
I just happen to check the internet....It is easy to say the rest is
history. I need to mention what a great deal + customer service I
received when I made contact with Steve at Semacon.
I told Steve what I needed in the way of a counter and also what my
budget was. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable. Steve
explained how their machines are made, how durable they are and also the
all important warranty information.
When we got to pricing I could not believe the price!
It was hundreds of dollars cheaper than other counters and the unit I
bought is also portable and came with various tubes to wrap all U.S.
coins as well as Canadian coins. I can even bulk bag coins if
desired and it can be used manually!
Bottom line is that I am so glad I found Semacon and a dedicated
sales person like Steve that was not trying to slam-dunk a counter in my
lap with a see-ya-bye attitude. Customer service means a lot to me. That
is why I bought my machine from you. Keep up the good work.
